We met when we were 16 and started hanging out through mutual friends. Pretty quickly, we were spending all our time together — whether it was just the two of us or with our whole group. It never felt forced, it was just easy.

We spent countless days outside, fishing, exploring, and doing whatever we could to be outdoors. Some of our best memories are the simple ones, long summer days, campfires, lake time, and just being around the people we love. That’s always been a huge part of our relationship, and honestly, we never really stopped.

Over the years, we’ve grown up side by side and have been lucky enough to share so many milestones together, high school graduations, first days of college, new jobs, big changes, and everything in between. We’ve celebrated the exciting moments, supported each other through the busy ones, and somehow made the best memories along the way.

We’ve also spent so much time with each other’s families, and that has always meant a lot to us. Family and friends have been such an important part of our story, and we continue to value every moment we get to share with them.

In 2024, we moved in together and started another new chapter—a new home, a new dog,, and so many more adventures ahead. Getting married at the cabin feels like the perfect way to celebrate where it all started and the life we’ve built together ever since. We got engaged on November 27, 2025, under the magical Evergreen Northern Spirit light show on the first snowfall of the year. Josh had rented one of the horse-drawn carriages, and as we stopped beneath the glowing green lights, he asked the question. With the help of his friend and groomsman Canden, we captured the entire moment on video and took plenty of pictures to look back on. It was the perfect start to this next chapter of our lives together
